If you order before 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) in any particular day will be shipped the exact day. Remember that holiday periods, extreme weather and sales can delay time-sensitive packages.

Orders should be processed within 3 to 6 business days. Postal carriers will give a date for shipping however this cannot be 100% guaranteed.

Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will meticulously package and label your items according to guidelines. All your products are checked thoroughly and packed before being sent.

Returns Policy

The guarantee lasts for 45 days. However, if 45 days has passed after you purchased the item We are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

The item you received should be unused and in the original packaging, not being used. It must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds:

A message will be sent out to you if your item is received. Your return will either be approved or denied.

If you\’re granted approval, you\’ll get an immediate refund within seven days. The credit will be applied back to your original credit card or payment method.
